According to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk region, as of November 18, the harvesting of cereals and leguminous crops in the region has been completed and carried out on an area of 1,188.5 thousand hectares, which constitutes 97.6% of the planned volume. A total of 3,251.0 thousand tons of grain have been harvested with a record average yield of 27.4 centners per hectare. In particular, the region's farmers have harvested 1,862.8 thousand tons of spring wheat from 668.5 thousand hectares (98.7%) with a yield of 27.9 centners per hectare. The gross harvest of spring barley amounted to 651.0 thousand tons, the harvested area was 220.1 thousand hectares (98.2%), with an average yield of 29.6 centners per hectare. Peas were harvested in the amount of 297.4 thousand tons from 117.3 thousand hectares (99.6%) with a yield of 25.4 centners per hectare.
