According to the news agency "APK-Inform", this week on the Ukrainian export market, purchasing prices for food wheat decreased. Prices for food wheat decreased under the pressure of low purchasing activity from importers, who were more interested in feed wheat, as well as the consequences of Russia's attacks on port infrastructure, which negatively affected logistics, transshipment, and overall work of the local export market. Additionally, the high supply of Russian wheat, increased production in Australia, and a record harvest in Argentina contribute to the further reduction in prices. Moreover, the reluctance of farmers to significantly reduce prices and the sale of some volumes on the domestic market contribute to the more active decrease in prices for this crop.
