A joint press conference was held with the participation of Recep Bağlamış, President of the Kayseri Trade Exchange (KTB) Board of Directors, and Ercan Aras, President of the Kayseri Red Meat Producers Union, where the transition to lean cuts within the scope of slaughter standards was discussed.
