As of November 7, Ukraine has harvested 43,630 million tons of grain crops from 9,301 million hectares, which represents 81% of the sown areas, according to operational data in the latest report of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of the country. The harvest of wheat, barley, and peas in Ukraine is long over and only minimal changes have been made to the final production data and the areas from which they were harvested. For wheat, the harvest is 22,822 million tons from 5,047 million hectares, for barley – 5,372 million tons from 1,350 million hectares, and for peas – 660,700 tons from 271,300 hectares. The corn harvest is still ongoing, with 13,746 million tons obtained from 2,213 million hectares, or 53% of the sown areas. The harvest of the remaining grain and legume crops is a total of 883,400 tons from 321,000 hectares.
