The executive director of the Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine, Arsen Didur, believes that there is no significant increase in the number of cows and milk production thanks to the support program. The expert told Suspilny about this. The full-scale war in Ukraine also affected the decrease in the number of cows and milk production. According to Arsen Didur, the situation with a shortage of raw milk can be changed only at the government level. State support should be for farms with more than 300 dairy herds.
