In Ukraine, prices for sunflower seeds continue to rise, while prices for rapeseed are decreasing.

Support for sunflower prices is provided by high demand and processors' willingness to increase prices for large volumes and high oil content. Meanwhile, rapeseed prices are currently influenced by the seasonal saturation of the European market with the crop, as well as the decrease in prices for rapeseed oil and oil on the global market. At the beginning of the week, demand prices were quoted from 27,500 UAH/t to 28,800 UAH/t SRT-enterprise, however, closer to the end of the reporting period, purchase prices reached 28,000-29,000 UAH/t SRT.
