In the past year, Ukraine has seen a significant decrease in the cost of imported non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, with a total expenditure of $490 million, a 32% drop. The majority of these imports consisted of alcoholic beverages with an alcohol concentration lower than 80%, including rum, vodka, and wines. The European Union was the primary supplier, contributing 63% of these imports. Overall, Ukraine imported agricultural products worth $6.3 billion in 2022, marking a 23% decrease from the previous year.
