In Ukraine, a rise in wheat prices on the domestic market is expected in the autumn of 2025, and due to lower yield figures, grain prices will jump to 6300 UAH per ton. This was stated by the head of the Union of Ukrainian Peasants, Ivan Tomych, reports the resource News.LIVE. According to him, on the domestic market, a ton of wheat will likely cost between 5800 and 6300 UAH. The expert believes that feed wheat will be 500 to 700 UAH cheaper. In 2023, a ton cost 6200 UAH, and in 2024, prices were at the level of 6 thousand UAH. The agrarian emphasized that the main factors that may affect the fluctuation in wheat prices are high domestic demand from flour mills, as well as the operation of the Black Sea ports.
