Prices increased for whole milk powder (+5.6% to $4,082/t), butter (+5.0% to $6,158/t), skimmed milk powder (+5.0% to $3,963/t), Cheddar (+1.1% to $5,546/t) and Anhydrous Milkfat (+0.6% to $6,720/t). Prices are not available for sweet whey powder and lactose. Buttermilk powder was not negotiated. At 30,644 t, the traded quantity was just below the level of the previous auction (30,685 t).
