Gustavo Irazoqui, manager of the livestock company, commented that in this process, important tasks have been generated to aim for greater productivity. Among them, there are the incorporation of weed management, the mix of rhodes grass and pot fertilization. The professional explained that when they started the project, the applied system was traditional, with pastures of 50 and 100 hectares, but later, they began to establish more intensive rotational modules. The learning process required time and training, but after this process, the company began to measure the kilograms of meat produced per hectare. "Once we were able to measure, we really became convinced that this was the model to follow, hence, we started to make more modules. We started with three modules and now we are at 24 rotational modules," he highlighted.
