The head of Iran's Fisheries Organization has predicted that the country's caviar production could reach 100 tons by 2025 with continued government support. This is a significant increase from the 12 tons produced annually, as reported last year. The organization also aims to produce 20,000 tons of sturgeon meat by the same year.
