The report, issued by the press service of the Scientific and Practical Center for Sugar Beet Production, provides an overview of Ukraine's sugar export and import dynamics from January-October 2021. During this period, Ukraine's sugar exports were dominated by Israel, Uganda, and Tajikistan, accounting for 20.4%, 13.2%, and 12.4% of total exports, respectively. The country's sugar imports were led by Brazil, Poland, and Belgium, with a 73%, 17.1%, and 2.7% share, respectively. Additionally, the report covered the molasses trade, highlighting Lithuania, Hungary, and Israel as the largest importers of Ukrainian molasses.
