Spain: It is necessary to promote a culture of ham similar to that which has been promoted in the world of wine

The XI World Congress of Ham is held from today until June 10, 2022 in Segovia. This is a unique event in the world of its kind that has achieved extraordinary success since its first edition in 2001 held in Córdoba, due to the fact that it has been able to bring together and share progress and problems in the same forum, where hundreds of operators of the sector. What are we going to find new in this XI Edition of the CMJ? Although we have been carrying out this Congress for more than 20 years, for us it is always new. In the case of this edition, we return in person and the venue chosen has been the IE in Segovia, located in the Santa Cruz la Real convent, a historic building declared a National Heritage in 1931.
