Italian hops: CREA and Carlsberg Italia together to support it in the brewing supply chain

Hop cultivation in Italy is increasingly taking on a leading role: the sector is expanding and has seen the birth in recent years of specialized agricultural companies to provide excellent raw materials for Made in Italy beer. In this sense, CREA has long been increasingly committed to supporting the brewing supply chain, which is increasingly emerging in Italy. To underline the commitment to promoting research and innovation on Italian hops, CREA and Carlsberg Italia signed a memorandum of understanding yesterday, Thursday 28 November, following the conference “The centrality of research for the development of a sustainable and Made in Italy brewing supply chain: the experience of the LOB.IT project” promoted by CREA.
