South Korea: Jeju Island established a plan to promote the 2023 Open Field Tangerine Price Stabilization System

[Korea Farmers and Fishermen Newspaper Reporter Kang Jae-nam] Jeju Special Self-Governing Province announced that it has established a plan to promote the ‘2023 Open Field Tangerine Price Stabilization System’ and will accept applications for advance demand through local agricultural and agricultural cooperatives until the 6th of next month. The open-field tangerine price stabilization system is a system in which the province supports 90% of the difference when the monthly average market price falls below the target management standard price from November, when open-field tangerines are first shipped, to February of the following year.
