On the 12th, Jeonnam Province held a promotional event for Jeonnam seafood at the Jincheon National Training Center in Chungbuk to wish the South Korean national athletes participating in the 25th Milan Winter Olympics good luck and to publicize the excellence of Jeonnam's clean seafood. Around 500 people, including officials from Jeonnam Province, the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives, the Korea Sports Council, and the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, participated in the event to promote the consumption of Jeonnam seafood. The event featured special dishes made with high-quality local seafood, including abalone, black porgy, eel, sand eel, oysters, and octopus, serving 500 portions. To enhance the athletes' physical strength and provide a healthy diet, various menus centered around Jeonnam seafood, rich in protein and minerals, were prepared.
