The Jeonnam Province Southeast Asia Office announced that Jeonnam agricultural products were fully sold during the promotion activities for Jeonnam rice at the 2025 Korea Premium Consumer Goods Comprehensive Promotion Exhibition held last month in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in collaboration with Dongyang Agriculture and Fisheries, which imports and distributes Jeonnam agricultural products in Vietnam. This event was held in cooperation with the KOTRA Ho Chi Minh Trade Office and the Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office to support the entry of excellent Korean consumer goods into Vietnam. It has been held for the sixth consecutive year since 2019 at the large shopping mall, Estella Place, in Ho Chi Minh City. According to the Jeonnam Province Southeast Asia Office (Director Park Kyung-ae), there were many inquiries about Jeonnam rice through overseas Korean community networks and other channels before the event, and from the first day of the event, the imported rice was fully sold.
