Six Mediterranean countries, including Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Slovenia, and Malta, have committed to an informal Declaration at the Assembly of Mediterranean Olive-Producing Cities in Malta to ensure fair prices for extra virgin olive oil. The declaration was signed on November 23, 2024.
