Junín: 10,000 grafted avocado seedlings delivered to producers in Chacaybamba

Within the framework of the project "Improvement of the avocado value chain in the inter-Andean localities of five provinces in the Junín region," the Agrarian Rural Productive Development Program (Agro Rural) delivered 10,000 grafted avocado plants to more than 60 producers in the hamlet of Chacaybamba, in the district of Monobamba. The grafted avocado plants were produced on Zutano rootstock and grafted with the commercial varieties Hass and Fuerte, which will allow them to expand and improve their cultivation areas.
