South Korea: K-Smart Farm is busy establishing a foundation for entry into Qatar

Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Jeong Hwang-geun met with Qatar Autonomous Administration Minister Al-Subei in Doha, Qatar, on the 24th and discussed ways to cooperate in the smart farm industry and research and development between the two countries. Qatar is focusing on smart agriculture to overcome the desert climate and increase self-sufficiency in fresh vegetables and feed crops. Accordingly, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs is seeking to strengthen intergovernmental cooperation so that Korean agricultural industries can participate in related projects.
