Kazakhstan increases production of safflower oil

Safflower vegetable oil surpasses olive oil in nutritional qualities and benefits, however, it is not in demand in Kazakhstan. This is discussed at the Kaz-Ir Agro enterprise, which grows raw materials in the Zhambyl region, and then produces this useful product at its own facilities using the cold pressing method. Safflower oil is exported from Taraz to Europe, Japan, China, Russia, but there is no demand in Kazakhstan. And only a small amount is sold domestically. Oil is not in great demand among Kazakhstanis, although it carries a whole bunch of benefits. In particular, safflower oil contains linoleic acid, as well as other polyunsaturated fatty acids that lower blood cholesterol.
