Kazakhstan has recently exported over 600,000 chicken eggs to Russia and plans to deliver another 400,000 this week. The country's Republican Association of Egg Producers aims to supply a million eggs to Russia every month, a target that can be met without impacting the domestic market. This follows a surge in egg prices and local shortages in Russia since September last year. Other countries including Azerbaijan, Belarus, and Turkey have also started exporting eggs to Russia, contributing to a total of 80 million eggs so far this year.
