Kazakhstan has emerged as the leading exporter of durum wheat to Europe for the 2024-2025 season, with a significant increase of 68.5% in its supplies to the European Union, reaching 19 thousand tons as of July 15. This places Kazakhstan ahead of Türkiye and Canada, the next two leading exporters with 7.7 thousand tons and 1 thousand tons respectively. Meanwhile, Ukraine continues to dominate the supplies of various crop products within Europe, including soft wheat, barley, corn, sorghum, flour, oats, and malt.
