When the kimchi cabbage is fully harvested in Haenam in late November, the supply of cabbage for the kimchi season in the Seoul metropolitan area is expected to be smooth."
Prices are expected to decrease somewhat. Go Haeng-seo, an auctioneer at Daea Fresh Produce, said, "As the growth recovers, the burden on consumers to purchase cabbage during the kimchi season is expected to ease. We will do our best to stabilize the supply of key items during the kimchi season, including strengthening inspections at the production sites."

This year's autumn radishes are being delayed in shipment due to frequent rain during the growth period, but Daea Fresh Produce expects that late-maturing varieties will be shipped during the main kimchi season, ensuring a smooth supply.
