Indonesia's Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) is soliciting public feedback to establish the minimum benchmark price for clear lobster seeds (BBL). The initiative aims to ensure that fishermen are adequately compensated for their catch, thereby enhancing their welfare. The proposed minimum price is IDR 8,500, but the KKP is still seeking further input from fishermen. The West Nusa Tenggara Province, known for its significant BBL potential, is actively involved in the consultation process.
