Furkan Mustafa Uysal, an industrial engineer and owner of an olive oil factory, has started mass producing avocado oil due to high demand. By modifying his olive oil squeezing machine, Uysal was able to extract avocado oil, which has become popular in a region with temperate climates suitable for avocado growth. The oil, which can be produced from approximately 10% of an avocado, meets world standards and is used in both the food and cosmetics industries for its benefits to the skin. Uysal is in the process of branding the avocado oil to distinguish it on shelves.
