There is a pair of round spots resembling eyes at the base of the pectoral fins, with small dark brown spots scattered within the spots. Ecological characteristics • Distribution: South Sea of Korea, Jeju Island, Japan, China • Spawning: Oviparous fish, spawning a pair of eggs with pointed horns at the corners. The length of the eggs is 4.9~5.4cm, and the width is 2.5~2.9cm, spawning in areas with sandy or muddy bottoms.
