Korea's instant noodle exports exceeded $100 million for the first time in April, with a 46.8% increase from the previous year, reaching $108.6 million. This marks the fastest growth since May 2022 and is expected to surpass $1 billion for the year. The rise in instant noodle exports, also known as "ramyun," has been consistent since 2015, driven by the global popularity of Korean culture and the demand for affordable ready-to-eat food products.
