Russia: Kuban started exporting wine to the USA and Canada

SAINT PETERSBURG, June 3. / TASS /. Kuban winemakers this year began to export their products to the countries of North America - the USA and Canada. In total, about 1.9 thousand decaliters of products have been exported at the moment, Vice Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Ruppel told TASS on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. “Wine products last year were exported to 16 countries of near and far abroad, including Ukraine, China, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Latvia, Estonia, Switzerland, Germany, Norway. We keep in touch with the enterprises and just recently learned that this year test lots of Kuban wine were delivered to the USA and Canada, ”Ruppel said, adding that in total about 1.9 thousand decalitres of products were exported.
