On November 11, the Vietnam High-Quality Goods Business Association (HVNCLC) organized an extraordinary Congress for the first term (2025-2030) after Ho Chi Minh City expanded its area and reorganized its administrative units. Supported by the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, all delegates at the Congress voted 100% in favor of transitioning the Association to the model of the Ho Chi Minh City High-Quality Vietnam Goods Business Association. The new Executive Committee convened, elected key positions, and passed the Congress Resolution. Ms. Vu Kim Hanh was re-elected as President of the Ho Chi Minh City High-Quality Vietnam Goods Business Association for the first term (2024-2030); the Vice President in charge is Mr. Nguyen Lam Vien - President and General Director of Vinamit Joint Stock Company.
