Koppert Brasil leads the ranking of the largest bio-input companies in Brazil, with an official reported revenue of approximately BRL 900 million in 2024 (convert to USD). This is according to a survey conducted by Gabriel Medina, a professor at the University of Brasília. According to the academic, the study was done based on the revenue published by the companies, which allows identifying the main players in this rapidly growing sector in Brazil. In second place in the ranking is Biotrop Soluções Biológicas, with around BRL 740 million in reported revenue. Following closely is the Cogny ecosystem, with revenue around BRL 700 million. The group includes the biological input manufacturing companies Simbiose, Bioma, Biagro, Biograss, and BioJet.
