The Nizhny Novgorod region's health authority, ARRIAH, has reported significant findings in their recent tests on food products. Almost 70 egg samples were tested, resulting in eight failures due to the presence of antibacterial drugs. One hundred six cottage cheese samples revealed five violations, including issues with fatty acid composition and microbiology. Out of 45 flour samples, six failed for not meeting gluten and grain standards. These findings highlight the need for improved food safety measures among local producers.
