Brazil: The demand of mango remains strong in the domestic market

The demand for mangoes in the producing regions remained heated this week (10/17 to 10/21). According to Hortifruti/Cepea employees, there was no difficulty in disposing of the available volumes, both for palmer and tommy. Prices, in turn, did not register significant movements. In the São Francisco Valley (PE/BA), palmer had an average of R$ 1.25/kg, a slight increase of 0.4% compared to last week.
