Despite geopolitical conflicts, tariffs on goods, and challenges due to the suspension of live cattle exports to the United States, the Mexican meat industry shows strength and an optimistic future. This was stated by Alonso Fernández Flores, president of the National Association of Federal Inspection Type Establishments (ANETIF), while announcing the celebration of the seventh TIF Food Industry Summit, whose main theme this year will be Sustainability and Artificial Intelligence: keys to the future of the meat industry, to be held from November 12 to 14 in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, with the presence of renowned experts and authorities related to the meat sector.
