From January to October 2024, Mexico's pork production reached 1,480,815 tons, a 2.4% increase from the previous year, outpacing beef's growth rate of 2.1% but slightly trailing behind poultry's 2.6%. October alone recorded the highest monthly production of the year at 155,435 tons, marking a 2.0% increase from the previous year and a 4.4% rise from September, as reported by 333 Latino America and the Agri-Food and Fisheries Information Service (SIAP).
