On the occasion of World Pulses Day (February 10), the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri), through the General Directorate of Agricultural Development and Agroecology, has scheduled a series of activities aimed at raising awareness among the population about the nutritional value of pulses and the important role they play in a healthy and sustainable diet. In strategic alliance with the NOVA Bakery School and Le Cordon Bleu, two training activities will be developed to strengthen the use of pulses in daily meals. These actions are aimed at reinforcing their nutritional contribution and promoting their consumption in the country. The scheduled activities are the Cooking Course, which will be held on February 10 at Le Cordon Bleu, and the Bread with Pulses Course, which will take place at the NOVA Bakery School on February 11, 12, 13, and 16.
