The article reports on the conclusion of the sugarcane harvest for the 2020-2021 season in Nayarit, Mexico, which resulted in over 100,000 tons of sugar being produced. This achievement generated an economic benefit of around 400 million pesos for more than 2,500 sugarcane producers. Despite facing challenges such as drought, frost, and pests, the price of sugarcane remained stable, leading to substantial profits for the farmers.
