Mini workshops for the production of oil from apricot kernels will open in Kyrgyzstan

Mini-workshops for the production of oil from apricot kernels will be opened in Batken and Issyk-Kul. This was announced by the Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan Bakyt Torobaev. According to him, local gardeners-farmers will be given special training in planting, growing, and caring for apricots, and assistance will be provided in opening small workshops for processing the products. According to Agro.kg, at the exhibition organized by the Department of Processing Industry and Organic Agriculture under the ministry, a screw press for oil in the processing of apricots, a convection drying cabinet, an electronic hygrometer, a machine for measuring apricot kernels, a machine for grinding apricot kernels, a filter for purification of vegetable oil.
