With over 2,100 purebred Dutch dairy cows in lactation, reaching an average production of 98,921 kilograms of milk per day, the largest dairy farm in Brazil is located in Araras, in the interior of São Paulo. According to the MilkPoint TOP 100 2025 Ranking, which brings together the largest producers in the country, the Colorado Farm occupies the first position, with the commercialization of 36.2 million liters of the beverage in 2024. It all began 155 years ago when the Bom Jesus Farm, which would give rise to Colorado, was purchased. More than 50 years later, in 1923, the first stable was built to assist in the management of dairy cattle. From then on, production never stopped, until the year 2021, when Colorado became the first dairy farm in Brazil to produce 100,000 liters of milk in just one day, receiving the international Animal Welfare certificate by WQS.
