Russia: More than 9 thousand hectares of Vladimir winter crops were examined before wintering

Conducting a survey of winter crops before wintering is an important event that allows you to identify problems that threaten to affect the quality and yield of winter crops and draw up a preliminary plan for caring for crops after wintering. Agronomists of the Vladimir branch of the Russian Agricultural Center assessed the condition of winter grain crops before the onset of winter. The autumn phytosanitary monitoring was aimed at preparing for the production of the 2024 harvest. Surveys were carried out in several districts of the Vladimir region: in Aleksandrovsky, Kameshkovsky, Kovrovsky, Melenkovsky, Muromsky, Selivanovsky, Sobinsky, Sudogodsky, Suzdal and Yuryev-Polsky districts.
