The area has seen a 10% rise in rice yield, reaching 630 kg per mu, and has over 13,000 mu of local vegetable production bases. The vegetable cultivation, mainly dwarf yellow, covers 13,000 mu with an expected market total of 11 million kilograms. The area's infrastructure and new technologies, such as centralized seedling raising and precise rice cultivation, have contributed to the improvement in agriculture. The city has enough finished grain inventory to support citizens for 15 days, with a daily processing capacity of rice and wheat that exceeds consumption.
