MT breaks record in beef exports

According to the weekly analysis released by the Mato Grosso Institute of Agricultural and Livestock Economics (Imea) on Monday (10), beef exports from Mato Grosso registered, in October 2025, a record volume and revenue in the historical series. The state shipped 107,940 carcass-equivalent tons of raw beef, an increase of 35.19% compared to October 2024. Imea reported that "the average value paid per ton also increased, reaching US$ 4,287.90 per ton," which resulted in revenue of US$ 462.82 million. According to the institute, the performance is associated with "greater external demand for MT's red meat."
