On Pu Lau hill, where the impact of drought and extreme weather is strong, the intensive pineapple cultivation model implemented by the Muong Nha Pineapple Cooperative is systematic, sustainable, and has the active participation of the youth force. Established in 2021 with a charter capital of 2 billion VND, after 5 years the Cooperative has become one of the exemplary green economic models in Dien Bien province. The Board of Directors and the Management Board of the Cooperative have proactively standardized the technical processes, organized training for members, with the youth members being the fastest learners, performing well, and disseminating new techniques to the community.
