Mushroom growers in Tan Lam Huong commune are experiencing a rebound in mushroom crops, recovering from last year's flood damage. The Tan Lam Huong Mushroom General Service Cooperative and other growers have increased production scales and are expecting a good yield for the Lunar New Year. The cooperative has planted around 40,000 bags of mushrooms and is studying post-harvest processing and preservation techniques. The mushrooms, which are grown without chemicals, are popular among consumers. Mushroom cultivation is becoming a significant source of income for households in the area, especially during the Lunar New Year.
