[Nongsuchaksan Newspaper=Reporter Lee Mun-ye] Employees of Namhae Chemical Co., Ltd. visited persimmon harvest sites to help with the shortage of labor, sweating profusely. Last Friday, Namhae Chemical, in collaboration with Jinju Horticultural Farmers Association, visited two persimmon farms in Sancheong County, Gyeongnam Province, to conduct a rural labor assistance campaign. About 30 employees, including CEO Kim Chang-su and Association Chairman Kang Bok-won, participated in the event to help with the persimmon harvest. CEO Kim Chang-su said, "I hope we were able to provide some assistance to the farms that are struggling with labor shortages," and added, "In the future, Namhae Chemical will actively participate in the Nongsimcheonsim (農心天心) movement to spread the value of agriculture and rural areas."
