French health authorities have withdrawn batches of Spanish dry sausages after 45 cases of salmonellosis were linked to the consumption of these products. The sausages were manufactured by Embutidos Caula SL and bear the health mark ES 10.01865 / GE CE. The ministry recommends that those who still have the products not to consume them and to return them to the point of purchase. This is the latest in a series of recalls related to dry sausages, with similar outbreaks reported in 2020.
