Soybean producers in Brazil are facing a challenging week due to heavy rainfall forecasted from March 8 to 12, with up to 50 mm expected in the southeast and up to 100 mm in the north, which could impact field work but is still beneficial for the second corn crop. Starting next week, the Central-West region is expected to see heavy rain, which could delay the completion of the soybean harvest but is good for the moisture of the second corn crop. The southeast will experience the heaviest rains, particularly in south Minas Gerais, while the south of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina may see drier weather. In the Northeast, moderate to heavy rainfall is expected, with the most intense rains in the North-Central regions of Maranhão and Piauí.
