Nicaragua has successfully exported 30 containers of seafood to China this year, comprising 27 by air and 3 by sea, including 22 containers of frozen raw lobsters and 4 containers from Pasenic and Central American Fisheries, totaling 371,000 kilograms, along with over 13,000 kilograms of dried sea cucumbers from Rivas and Bilwi. These exports underscore Nicaragua's compliance with international hygiene standards and the stringent demands of the Chinese market, reflecting the country's economic diversification and strategic role in seafood exports from the Caribbean Coast Autonomous Region. Overall, Nicaragua's agricultural and livestock exports have reached nearly 600,000 tons, catering to markets in China, Japan, the United States, the UAE, Europe, and Central America.
