As Andrei Pankratov noted, the analysis of countries with the greatest potential for exporting products from Central Asia, carried out by FAO specialists, made it possible to create a kind of rating, taking into account such parameters as: - current imports (actual volumes, growth / decline rates of imports); - attractiveness of the price in the context of how it can change taking into account delivery, customs duties; - import experience (volumes, growth rates and prices in actual imports over the past 3 years); - import potential - population size as an indicator of the potential volume of the sales market. “At the same time, it is important to take into account the GDP per capita indicator and the forecast of GDP growth as an indicator of the population's ability to pay,” explained Andrei Pankratov.
