Olive oil production will exceed 1.37 million tons in the 2025/26 campaign, according to the first estimates of the olive grove yield.

The first estimates for the production of olive oil for the 2025/2026 campaign point to values similar to those of the one that just ended on September 30. The estimate published by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food records a production close to 1,372,000 tons, which represents a slight decrease of 3% compared to the previous harvest, but 19% above the average of the last six campaigns, which were affected by drought, especially those of 2023/2024 and 2022/2023.
